How do I create a view for Service Desk tickets in BMS/Vorex?

 

RESOLUTION

To create a view for service desk tickets please go to Service desk > Tickets and filter the options for which you want to create a view from search tab.

After that, please click on settings option to create a new view. This will help you to create a view with multiple options selected.

 

Note: You can use the same method for every module to create a view
