To configure Goto Meeting in the Single Sign On Manager please follow these steps
- Select Directory Manager.
- Select Groups.
- Select the green plus sign in the bottom right corner.
- Name the Group Goto MeetingUsers.
Note: If you have other existing Groups for SSO users you can use one of these as well. - Select ADD GROUP.
- Select SSO Manager.
- Select the green plus sign in the bottom right corner.
- Select the Catalog Icon.
- Select Goto Meeting from the Catalog.

Enable the Application.
- Choose the appropriate Authentication policy.
- Select ADD APPLICATION.
- Select Permissions.
- Select Add Groups.
Select the Group you chose in Step 4. - Select Signing and Encryption.
- Select Copy.
Copy the encoded certificate like this sample including the
-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
-----END CERTIFICATE-----
Note: Save this using a notepad document using a .CER file type. You will need this for the Goto Meeting portion of the configuration. - Select Save Changes.
Configuring GoTo Meeting to receive SAML authentication
- Navigate to your account control panel for your Citrix Account. Select View and Manage under Company Info.
- Add a domain, following the instructions for verifying ownership.
- Fill out the IdP information based on your own AuthAnvil on Demand domain. Paste the certificate value into the Verification Certificate field.
- Add any users to the Organization, making sure their email address corresponds to a domain you have claimed.
- You can now launch the app from your launchpad, or use the Company ID Login option from the Goto Meeting login page.
