How do I request an upgrade to VSA 9.5 and what is the process?
Requesting a VSA 9.5 License
Kaseya VSA On-premise customers can receive the release by completing an upgrade request here.
Kaseya is managing VSA R9.5 downloads to ensure support resources are available for all customers that may require them. As a result, customers will receive the release in the order they register. After you register, you will receive an email letting you know when your download will be available.
Kaseya VSA Cloud customers will automatically be updated during the Saturday maintenance windows, with scheduled updates posted on the Cloud Status Page (post coming soon): http://status.kaseya.com

Upgrading to VSA 9.5
We highly recommend that Kaseya VSA On-premise customers be on the latest patch version of 22.214.171.124 and all agents updated to the latest version before upgrading to 9.5. This will assist in your upgrade going smoothly.

Installing R94 Patch Releases On Premise
- Rerun Kaseya Server Setup. On the system hosting your Kaseya Server click Start > All Programs > Kaseya > KInstall
- Step through the installation wizard.
- On the Kaseya VSA Server Upgrade Options page, select the first option.
4. On the Addon Installation wizard page, select the Kaseya Patch Process addon.
5. Complete the steps of the installation wizard.
Note: Rerunning the installation will restart Kaseya services. Your VSA will be offline for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the speed of your host environment.
