AuthAnvil authentication fails, and the AuthAnvil config wizard is inaccessable with the following error appearing in the event log: "Unable to impersonate user. user name :AADBUser".
The aadbuser password has expired, the account has been disabled or locked, or the password has been changed.
First, check the user account in Active Directory or in the local computer to make sure that the account is not disabled, locked, or required to change the password on the next logon.
If none of those are the case, then reset the password for this account and follow the instructions in Appendix C of the AuthAnvil Install Guide to open the web config editor. (If you are running AuthAnvil 3.5 or later, you will need to tab to the Apply button so that it is highlighted and hit Ctrl + O to enable the other fields.)
Finally, update the password, hit "Apply" and run an iiseset to reload the configuration.
