A user does not show up in the users list after being created in the AuthAnvil Configuration Wizard.
The user has not actually been created in AuthAnvil due to an invalid character in the Username, First Name, Last Name, or Email Address Fields. The config wizard attempts to create the user, but will fail silently and not create it.
Recreate the user making sure that all of the fields contain only valid characters. Valid characters are the letters A-Z and a-z, the numbers 0-9, and the period (.) for all fields, the apostrophe (') for first and last names, and the @ for email addresses and usernames.
