2FA v4.5 does not have a Windows service for the ALM but the functionality still exists within the AuthAnvil web services. Monitoring scripts like the one used in our Kaseya Addin were configured for the Windows service and they will throw errors that the service does not exist.
Since the ALM is built in to the web services, there is no longer a need to monitor the service. We recommend disabling any monitoring tools and scripts related to the ALM service so they do not produce unnecessary errors. In the event that you need to restart the AuthAnvil Licensing Manager, simply run an IISreset or recycle the 5 AuthAnvil___ application pools in IIS.
