When you mouse over the Actions Menu in the AuthAnvil Manager, no items are displayed
There are two possible causes for this issue.
- You are running Internet Explorer 7 or earlier.
- The site is being displayed in Compatibility View.
- Upgrade Internet Explorer. AuthAnvil requires IE 8 or later to function correctly, and will also work in contemporary versions of Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
- Make sure that the Compatibility View button beside the address bar is not highlighted, and make sure that Compatibility View is not enabled for intranet sites or for all sites. You can do this by clicking on the tools menu and going to Compatibility View Settings, then unchecking the "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View" and "Display all websites in Compatibility View" checkboxes and clicking "Close". You may need to refresh the page for the changes to take effect.
