AuthAnvil Password Server encrypts all of the data in a Private Vault using your special password. Each user creates their own password so the encryption keys will be unique for each person. Since only your user can have access to your Private Vault, the only way to reset the password or delete the Private Vault is from inside the vault after you log in to it.
There is no way of recovering the data inside a Private Vault if a user forgets the password they set. If you would like to reset the Private Vault, deleting its passwords and allowing you to set a new password value, please contact our support team. Our team will need to connect in to a machine that has SQL Management Studio installed and is able to connect to the SQL instance for AuthAnvil Password Server.
