In an organization-wide search, clicking the name of the Vault redirects to the Dashboard instead of the intended Vault page.
This issue is caused by a bug in a specific version of the AuthAnvil Password Server.
Download the attached search.aspx page and replace the existing one at C:\Program Files\Scorpion Software\AuthAnvil Password Server\AAPS. Close off your browser and run an IISreset as a precaution. Log in and test the org-wide search and the vault links will now work.
