When using the Self Service Portal, users cannot activate AuthAnvil tokens assigned to sites other than Site 1.
A bug in the token activation code causes the server to not recognize tokens on sites other than Site 1.
A hotfix is available to resolve this issue. Please contact customer service at email@example.com in order to get it deployed.
