During logon to the AuthAnvil Manager, a user receives the following error:
Logon failed. Exception: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
This is typically caused when the .NET installation is corrupt or otherwise in an unstable state.
The quickest way to resolve this error is to repair the .NET installation. Instructions are available from Microsoft in Knowledge Base article 908077 at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/908077.
