Users are unable to authenticate with AuthAnvil tokens and the error "Licensing Manager Service is NOT running. Unable to authenticate." appears in the event log.
The AuthAnvil Licensing Manager (ALM) service is not running, so the AuthAnvil Server will not allow authentications.
Restart the ALM service. If it successfully reports that a licensing report was sent within 3 minutes, then all is fine. Otherwise, follow the steps in the knowledgebase for troubleshooting the ALM.
