Note: If you are not using the paid Kaseya v4.3 Addin please see this article.
After upgrading Upgrading to Kaseya R7 - newer with the v4.3 Addin you are not able to log in and you see the error below.
If the SASURL & SSOURL are not defined in the DB with a properly-formatted Base URL. This will cause Kaseya will fail after every login with the Addin installed.
Note: This issue can also occur if 2FA was disabled during installation.
To resolve this issue enter a properly-formatted Base URL (localhost, 192.168.1.2, domain.com, etc.) in the SASURL & SSOSURL fields in the "dbo.AA_Settings" table in SQL > Databases > ksubscribers > tables.
Note: If you do not want to enforce the use Two Factor Auth at this time set the following set the following in the above noted table.
Reset IIS from an elevated Command Prompt (Run as Administrator).
You Should now see the expected Kaseya Login.
