Your Android SoftToken stops displaying passcodes after a system software upgrade, instead only displaying the countdown timer when the Get Password button is pressed.
The token's data store was corrupted, possibly by an upgrade or system changes and this renders the token unable to generate one-time passwords.
Reset the SoftToken following this guide.
Uninstall and reinstall the "AuthAnvil SoftToken v2" by searching the Google Play store on any device running Android 3.0 or newer: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.scorpionsoft.AuthAnvilSoftToken.v2.
