When opening the configuration pages for the AuthAnvil Kaseya Addin, none of the pages are working and they display 404 errors.
When AuthAnvil is installed to the same IIS Web Site as Kaseya after the Kaseya Addin has been installed, either from an upgrade or an uninstall/reinstall, the AuthAnvil application in IIS will override the virtual directory path for the AuthAnvil Kaseya Addin.
Manually rename the directory path for the AuthAnvil Virtual Directory and remove it from any application pool.
- In IIS 6: Under the site that Kaseya is installed to, usually Default Web Site, right-click on the AuthAnvil application, go to Properties and click Remove next to the Application Name. This will convert it back into a Virtual Directory. Now change the Local path from the server installation folder to C:\Kaseya\WebPages\AuthAnvil and Apply the changes.
- In IIS 7: Under the site that Kaseya is installed to, usually Default Web Site, right-click on the AuthAnvil application and click Remove. This will convert it back into a regular directory and the Kaseya path will be put back in place.
After making the changes in IIS, run an iisreset and the Kaseya Addin will detect the updated directory structure.
All versions of AuthAnvil Kaseya Addin with AuthAnvil 4.0 and later.
