Uninstall the Addin from Programs and Features.
Note: This will force a Schema rebuild so your access to VSA may be temporarily affected.
Remove the Database following the script in this article.
Check that the following folders were removed.
AAPS_Addin located in C:\Kaseya\WebPages\
AuthAnvil located in C:\Kaseya\WebPages\
