Shared and Personal Passwords now include an encrypted Notes field, where additional information relating to the password can be stored.
Custom RDP Policies
Administrators can now define custom RDP Policies, to better control remote access.
Syncing of Web Passwords without user interaction on forms-based websites that do not use Captcha technology. Workflows support separate Login, Change, and Logout sequences in the same file.
Expire after access
A new setting for Shared and Personal Passwords, to expire a password X minutes after being accessed.
- For synced password, this causes a new random password to be generated and synced.
- For non-synced passwords, this creates a task in the task list that it needs to be changed.
Images for RDP Passwords
Images can be uploaded when an RDP Policy / Web Launch is mapped to a password. This image data can then be displayed in other applications, like SSO, to make it easier to find certain items.
Launch permissions, which gives a user perms to launch an RDP/Web password without being able to actually reveal the password.
Password Policy Templates
You can create custom password policy templates, which can be applied on a per-password basis. This allows for fine control of random password generation, which will help greatly with the syncing of Web Passwords.
Linkable URL on Reveal
Web passwords with URLs now have that URL as a clickable link in the modal reveal panel. This should open in a new tab/window.
RD Gateway Access
RDP Enabled Passwords can now be configured for RD Gateway, using the same credentials as Gateway Credentials, or linking to another password to be used as Gateway Credentials.
Extended Domain/Web URL Field
Domain/Website URL field now supports up to 300 characters.
