If you are located in a Region that does not normally use a State/Province entry you may be unable to save your settings in the Customer Portal. Example: Paris, France is located in le-de-France, this is commonly shortened to "RP" or Rgion Parisienne.
All of the following conditions must be entered:
Zip / Postal Code
Once you have entered the State/Province or missing information this should allow you to update your account information.
