You will not see an "INC" folder with Kaseya R7 / R8 / R9 - newer. Kaseya VSA has made changes to how the integration works.
We recommend following this process to upgrade.
- Follow this article: "How to remove AuthAnvil database schema from Kaseya when it's not needed" - https://help.scorpionsoft.com/entries/74392436 Note: If you have any older AuthAnvil Addins installed please remove then via "Programs and Features".
- Remove the "AuthAnvil" folder from c:\Kaseya\Webpages\
- Upgrade to Kaseya R7/ R8 / R9
Note: R7 patch 15 minimum is required for the AuthAnvil integrations to work.
- Install the AuthAnvil Kaseya Logon Agent via https://help.scorpionsoft.com/entries/26329037 and/or AuthAnvil Management Pack for Kaseya VSA via https://help.scorpionsoft.com/entries/84220248
This will allow you the functionality for a 2FA protected logins to Kaseya R7 / R8 / R9.
