The Billing Statements can always be viewed by the Administrative and Billing contacts in the Customer Portal via https://customer.scorpionsoft.com/statements.
As part of protection of your information we will not email Invoices or Billing statements as they will contain IP addresses.
If you have any questions regarding Billing matters please feel free to contact our Billing team directly, firstname.lastname@example.org. We would be happy to work with your Administrative or Billing contact to clear up any issues. You can verify your Administrative and Billing contacts via https://customer.scorpionsoft.com/account.
