Some users have reported that removing a 2FA user is failing in Chrome. The issue also appears when attempting to unassign a SoftToken.
Selecting the above functions as noted when using Chrome is preventing the click actions from completing. The issue is caused by a change that Google Chrome recently made in how it allows pop-ups on web-pages.
Note: This issue will not occur when using IE 10/11.
Our team has released a fix that will resolve this issue when using 2FA v5.5. Follow these steps to apply the hotfix.
- Download the attached file.
- Replace of the js file located in "C:\Program Files\Scorpion Software\AuthAnvil\AuthAnvilSAS\Manager\js"
This will correct the issue with the modal window when using 2FA v5.5.
