Client accidentally selected "Deny" on a Pending Sync Agent. and cannot get it to show back up in Pending Agents to approve it.
Open Up SQL Management Studio and connect to AuthAnvil >AuthAnvil Password Server.
Database > Tables > SyncAgentRequest > Right Click and Select "Edit Top 200 Rows"
Find the TVC of the Sync Agent that was denied.
Scroll till you find the "Denied" Field this should be set to True if the Agent was Denied.
Set the "Denied" Value to "False" click into another cell to save.
Log back into Password Server and see if the agent now appears in Pending Agents.
