Existing AuthAnvil SoftTokens should follow this process before upgrading.
- Generate at least one OTP before the upgrade.
- Upgrade the OS
- Test the SoftToken.
If the above process is not followed the user will require their SoftToken to be reset. See this article for help with resetting the SoftToken.
