Locked token emails are not being sent, and the error "GetSiteServerSettingsValue(). No matching rows returned." appears in the AuthAnvil event log.
The locked token email settings are missing from the ServerSettings table in the Anvil SQL database.
Open the Anvil database's ServerSettings table in SQL management studio, and make sure that the following rows are present:
- Name: Version, Value: 4, SiteID: -1
- Name: LTE, Value: 1, SiteID: [SiteID of your AuthAnvil site, usually 1]
