When you attempt to log in via RDP or the console, the logon fails and the computer restarts. The following entry is made in the event log:
SAS Window: winlogon.exe - Application Error Content: The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000000d) ocurred in the application at location 0x1001801e. Click on OK to terminate the program Click on CANCEL to debug the program
This was a bug in the 1.6 Windows Logon agent.
Upgrade to the current version of AuthAnvil and install the current version of the Windows Logon Agent or the Windows Logon Agent Credential Provider. Steps to do this are available at the Upgrade Center.
