Add Reports to your QBR

After QBR is created, you can start adding the content. Click on the Add button on the left panel and select the type of report you want to add.

You can add as many report types as your business goals require. Adding the same type of report several times is allowed as well.

You can easily customize the content of your report depending on your goal or customer's expectations. Most of it is simply managed by the checkboxes and filters.

You can change the name of each content item. To do that, hover on the list item and click the Rename icon.

You can delete any item of content from the report. To do that, hover over the item in the list on the left panel, click the Delete icon, and Confirm.

When adding the reports, make sure you’ve filled in all required fields. Otherwise, the report can’t be generated and QBR can’t be saved. We will highlight the report that has an issue for you for faster troubleshooting.

Alignment report

Our Alignment Report provides your clients with insight on uncovered risks that were identified during the technology alignment process.

To create this report, you need to complete at least one review for the selected Organization. If you are using the Compliance Manager you can include the Assignments results into the report. Make sure you have the Integration with Compliance Manager set up

Progress Report

The progress report allows you to compare the evolution of your client's IT environment over time. It compares the results of the Alignment reviews, so make sure you've completed them for the Client. If you are using the Compliance Manager you can include the Assignments results into the report. Make sure you have the Integration with Compliance Manager set up

Executive Reports

Executive Summary Reports are reports created based on the data from various Kaseya modules. The data for executive summary reports comes in automatically as soon as Unified login is enabled and Organizations mapped. Data for those reports is constantly updated so that you can always have relevant information for your customers.

There are 3 categories available.

  • Service Delivery
  • Security
  • Backup

The list of available modules for Executive Summary Reports depends on the number of module you've purchased. If you don’t see any modules in the dropdown, ensure you've enabled Unified login and mapped organizations on Account Setting > Setup organization page.

Hardware Warranty Report

To enable the report, you need to set up an Integration with IT Glue or an Integration with Meraki.  This way we are bringing in a list of your configurations and automatically enhancing it with the Warranty expiration dates. Based on this data, you can build a Hardware Warranty report and add it to your QBR.

Budget report

The budget report contains a budget breakdown for each initiative as well as a yearly budget overview grouped by quarters. You can exclude the items from the budget summary by Status.

Strategic Roadmap Overview

This type of report helps to visualize all the initiatives that you've planed for your client on a timeline and a clear Kanban board.
