What is Self-Guided?

📖  Self-Guided resources are documentation, videos, and training available through KaseyaOne that you can access at any time. These resources include tutorials, reference guides, and best practices to help you get the most out of your Kaseya products.

👉🏼 Before you begin, please make sure that you've received the license (typically sent to the ship to contact in the quote) and integrate the module into Kaseya One for SSO. If not possible, reach out to your Account Manager and Project Manager for assistance.

Tools Available

Task Navigation

Access step-by-step onboarding through the Tasks tab via the help (?) or graduation cap (🎓) icon in your module menu.

Progress Tracking

Tasks are automatically checked off as completed. The reminder notifications continue until all on-boarding items are finished.

Instructional Videos

The Show me tab contains all of the instructional videos. These instructional videos will be based on the same content that is reviewed during the onboarding tasks.

Resource Access

The Help tab provides quick links to knowledge base articles, legal documents, and additional support materials.

• The Getting Started documentation offers you the step-by-step best practice self-guided onboarding. You can access here or by going through the (?) icon on your respective product

📚 Kaseya University Certifications

Your subscription comes with access to free certification course in Kaseya University (KU) to help you learn even more about your new modules. This is available to every user accessing KU from KaseyaOne. Additional paid admin and expert certification offerings are available as well.

• Course assignment starts in KaseyaOne, where a KaseyaOne Master User needs to assign the KU courses to themselves and to users in their Company.
  • Navigate to Settings> User Management view.
  • Locate the user you want to assign courses to and click Edit (the pencil icon) next to the user.
  • In the Edit User windows that opens, click the Kaseya University Courses drop-down control and select the available modules.
• Paid Certification are available for purchase in the Kaseya Store
  • Available self-paced or instructor led.
