Cisco Meraki Integration in myITprocess

Warranty Lookup for Cisco Meraki devices is now available with the direct integration in myITprocess. With this integration, we are automatically bringing in License expiration dates as well as End-of-life dates for your Meraki Device.

Generate Cisco Meraki API key

  1. Sign in to your Meraki Dashboard using your master MSP Portal Meraki username.
  2. Enable the API for your organization under Organization Settings Dashboard API access.
  3. Generate an API from Cisco Meraki by going to My Profile > API Access.
  4. Generate your Meraki API Key.

For more on this, see guide from Meraki.

Organization mapping

Once you successfully connect your API, go to Setup Organizations.

After you are done, remember to click Save.
