Status/SLA displays 'No SLAs can be found'

Originally reported: Set up multiple SLAs within SLA Manager trying multiple different settings and cannot get any SLAs to display in the SLA Manager Dashboard. Dashboard only displays 'No SLAs can be found'. Have 10 SLAs created, no sure why none can be found. SLAs were all created today, does it take time for Traverse to compile the data? Any other suggestions or configurations to verify?

Resolution:

On the Traverse BVE server, please launch the Traverse Service Controller and ensure that the 'Service Level Assurance Manager' component is running. If not, kindly launch the services.mmc console and set the 'Traverse Service Level Assurance Manager' Startup Type to Automatic and start the service. After about 15-20 minutes, you should see the SLA.
