Issue: I have different pages on my VSA i.e. Agent > Agent Status, System > Naming Policy, that don't show the full name for my agents. This is keeping us from seeing the full names, machine ID and machine group name. How can I fix this?
Cause: You have the option to allow for this, disabled in the System module > Preferences page.
Resolution: To correct this you can simply go to System > Preferences and select the option to allow long name wrapping. Once you've made the appropriate changes you can then go back to the pages where you didn't see the full names and confirm that they're visible now.
