QUESTION
When trying to download an agent package, why am I receiving this error message?:

Error Type: Microsoft JScript runtime (0xnnnnnnnn) / File not found / /AgentTab/createAccount.inc, line 338

ANSWER
The Kaseya Agent Package has not been found on the server, thus cannot be downloaded. This can happen if the file was in use during the update process, it was not able to be renamed.

Depending on the OS of the target machine you are attempting to install an agent onto, navigate to one of the following:

<KaseyaInstallDirectory>:\kaseya\webpages\ManagedFiles\VSAHiddenFiles\pcinstall - for Windows target agents
<KaseyaInstallDirectory>:\kaseya\webpages\ManagedFiles\VSAHiddenFiles\macinstall - for Mac OS X target agents 

If there is a "KAgentSilent.exe.1", but with a .1 on the end, rename this file to KAgentSilent.exe. This will resolve the problem.

If there is no file called KAgentSilent.exe, please raise a support ticket with Kaseya Support.
