Due to other problems with our SQL server we had to reboot our SQL server. That server has come back up and all other processes are working fine. The issue is that Kaseya is not starting properly. The Service on the Kaseya server is stuck in a STOPPING state. How do I fix this?
The unexpected SQL Server reboot caused the Kaseya service to crash
If you are unable to start or stop the Kaseya service, you can use task manager to kill the kserver.exe, allowing you to restart the service.
To avoid this problem in the future, stop the K server service before rebooting SQL. You can do this from the System > Configure function in your VSA or from the services control panel on the server itself.
