Problem:

Live Data Graphs not displaying in KNM

And you can find similar error in kserver event logs and knm>system logs 

"Failed to flush statistics to disk: Failed to send records to record manager, return code 1 exception code 5"


Resolution:

 

1. Edit knm\rminit.cfg which is located under C:\kaseya\knm and set the variable "bind_if" to 127.0.0.1.
2. After that restart knm and the recordmanager service from services console.

3. Verify if the graph is displaying live data

Onpremise version 7.0 and above
