In Kaseya 6.2 and earlier, there was a requirement for monitoring Event Logs that you had to collect the logs you wanted to monitor. This requirement no longer exists in Kaseya 6.3 and above.
Please note that event log collection can still be activated from Agent Tab > Event Log Settings.
If you are still on Kaseya 6.3, make sure you have installed the latest hotfix and your agent is updated to at least version 22.214.171.124.
Note - To upgrade your Windows agent to the latest version, force update it via the Agent > Update Agent page
