Why does the monitoring reports "Log Value: Service Does Not Exist" even though the service exists?

QUESTION

Monitoring fails and only reports Log Value: Service Does Not Exist although the service is running on the servers.
Some of the Services affected : Windows Net Logon, Citrix XML Service, Citrix Print Manager Service , Net Logon, Print Spooler, MSSQLSERVER.

Kaseya uses the internal service name to identify a service to monitor, not the display name. Using the sc query command, you can verify this name on the individual machine.

Here's an example of an entry from the sc query results- Kaseya uses the SERVICE_NAME field:
