What is the Unprocessed Transaction Log in Time Time Tracking?

 

ANSWER

The Transaction Log are items that failed to process over to Service Billing from Time Tracking or Service Desk. If you use the Service Billing module, we recommend to take a look at this transaction log before submitting invoices to your clients. If you see any items listed here, please select them and click the "Resubmit" button on the top menu. From here, you should then see them in Service Billing > pending items. Currently, there is no alert that can be set up to notify you when a transaction appears in this log.
