Saas: Service Desk does not appear in the list of my modules after changing my account type


I no longer see Service Desk in the list of my menu when I log into my saas platform, what could be the issue?


Did you change your saas account type?

Did you migrate your saas account to another saas server?

Most likely the issue is that your new account does not show service desk as licensed module. Please contact your account manager/sales rep to get this corrected in our license side of things and that should resolve the issue for you

Please contact Kaseya Support if that does not help to fix the issue
