Service Desk Pop-out Window

I would be convenient to have Service Desk pop out into its own Window so one could stay in Service Desk all the time while they work in other modules in Kaseya.  That was one of the most annoying things to me... having to go back and forth between Service Desk to review the ticket over and over again.

    Expanding on this, it'd be really nice to be able to have more than one window open and work in multiple modules at the same time, with the same login. I imagine this would be a pretty significant rework though - Kaseya would have to handle sessions differently.
