Can I import 3rd party data in to Kaseya, such as tickets or customer data from another system?
Kaseya doesn't have a function for this out-of-the-box, however, the data can be entered in to Kaseya via the API.
The exact requirements would depend on the format of the data to be imported if the data is compatible with Kaseya.
