We have identified a condition where the VSA stops sending out emails. Checking on status (System - Outbound Email - General) reveals that the Outbound Email is set to disabled. To resume email processing please click on 'Enable'
If you are a SAAS customer, please raise a support ticket so that we can investigate this on your behalf.
Development is aware of this issue. Once this high priority problem is fixed we will update this KB to let you know so please subscribe to this thread. Alternatively please raise a support ticket referencing this KB article.
