What is my Customer ID (sometimes referred to as Server ID) and where do i find it?
The customer ID is a unique code used to identify Kaseya servers on our central licence server. It forms the first 6 characters of your licence code.
The ID is required when raising a support request, so that we can:
1) confirm you are a Kaseya customer with software maintenance,
2) locate details about your server such as licence count and hotfix level,
3) log in to your server if you have enabled the Kaseya Support account,
The customer ID is located on the VSA login screen, the System tab -> License manager page, and the System tab -> Request Support page.
