Kaseya Customer Support say they can't log into my system. They say the kaseyasupport user is not enabled. How do I fix it?
Kaseya support uses a user named kaseyasupport to connect and troubleshoot issues.
You can use this procedure to re-create the kaseyasuport user:
- Go to the System module, Users section. If a user named kaseyasupport exists, delete it.
- Once this user is deleted, go to the Request Support function in System and click the green Create button.
- Go back to the Users section and verify that the kaseyasupport users has been created.
- Do not modify the password on the kaseyasupport user, the system will have automatically created a new secure password and sent it to the Kaseya licensing server.
