I have forgotten the password for my Launchpad account and it now appears to be disabled, how do I resolve?

Answer
The system will temporarily disable a login account for one hour if there are 3 failed login attempts.
If you are unsure about your password and you are the owner of the Launchpad account, the solution is to click on the "Forgot
Password" link on the login screen, follow the process and a new password will be emailed out to you.
Please note when you try and login with the new password your account will still be disabled. You will have to wait one hour until
your account becomes enabled again and you can then login
