When changing the order of categories in the Ticketing module, you may find that the number of tickets that are shown next to the changed categories are not correct.
You may also find that when using the filters on the View/Create page, you see tickets that are not for the category that you have selected
This problem occurs because re-ordering the values can result in an indexing value in the database being set incorrectly
WORKAROUND / RESOLUTION
Correcting the values in the database will correct this, but it will happen again if the categories are re-ordered. Please contact support via http://helpdesk.kaseya.com referencing this article.
