You install a Kaseya R8 agent on a Windows machine and receive an error stating
A digitally signed driver is required
You may also see a message in the bottom right of the Windows desktop stating
This is a known issue. The KaPFA.sys driver (Kaseya Protected File Access) is not signed.
WORKAROUND / RESOLUTION
This is a known issue and a fix will be released to address this.
This should not stop the installation of the agent, but it will stop Windows loading that particular driver.
Once the fix is available, this article will be updated.
