Christmas and New Year Support Coverage

Kaseya offices will be closed on Thursday, December 25th, Friday December 26th and Thursday, January 1st in recognition of the Holidays. However, Kaseya Support will be staffing for Severity 1 (High Business impact) support only, on those days. Should you encounter a Kaseya server down situation please raise a support ticket at https://helpdesk.kaseya.com, stating clearly the nature of the issue.

Kaseya Support and our NOC will be monitoring the desks and will respond accordingly.
