WHAT IS A “KITS Virtual Engineer Request” RELATED TICKET?

Any issue, question, concern, or bug report regarding paid Kaseya IT Services which may include the following:

  • NOC -Ticket Related Queries ,Clarifications, Report and Escalation’s

  • NOC- Billing and invoice related Queries

  • NOC- Task and Maintenance request

  • NOC- General queries and Information’s

  • NOC –Deployment Request

 

HOW ARE KASEYA SUPPORT TICKETS SUBMITTED?

Kaseya Support tickets are submitted at helpdesk.kaseya.com using the “Submit a Request” page and selecting the “Support Queriesform.

HOW ARE KITS VIRTUAL ENGINEER REQUEST TICKETS SUBMITTED?

Kaseya “KITS Virtual Engineer Request” tickets are submitted at helpdesk.kaseya.com using the “Submit A Request” page selecting the “KITS Virtual Engineer Request" form.
