I have enabled PXE boot, but it wont boot from the network, why?

Q. I have enabled PXE boot, but it wont boot from the network, why?

A. In some BIOS's you need to enable network boot as well as put the network boot in first for for booting in your BIOS.

Also we have seen some machines where a BIOS upgrade is required for PXE to work due to buggy BIOS.

Consult your motherboard manufacturer or computer manufacturer's website for further information on enabling PXE boot in the BIOS and obtaining BIOS updates.
