When attempting to mount a backup file via Acronis Manager, you get the following error:
Or mounting the file via Windows Explorer fails to open the file.
1. Confirm that the logged-in user has local administrator privileges.
2. Confirm that the backup is not corrupted by confirming if the verifies were successful in the backup logs.
3. Confirm that the issue is not environmental by attempting to open the backup file in another machine on the network.
