A Backup client appears to be "skipping" backups, with no success or failure logged in Kaseya.
The Agent Procedure log contains an error similar to this: -
(where g:\backups is the "image location")
If Backup Alerts are configured for the client, no alert is created.
The backup failed because the "image location" is not available. There should be a backup failure logged with "Image location not available. Verify remote machine is turned on and Set Credential is correct.".
This is a "known issue" which has been reported to Kaseya Engineering team.
The problem is addressed in patch v188.8.131.52 (scheduled for release week beginning March 31st, 2014).
